Resilience in the Era of the AI Boom

The contemporary boom in Artificial Intelligence (AI) harbors a largely unexamined risk: the ideological manipulation of users through covert worldviews embedded by developers (developer ego), paired with the reinforcement of the user’s own confirmation bias (user ego). This paper discusses a scientifically robust, systems-theoretic link between the human ego and AI. Both systems are defined as functionall reduction and survival mechanisms that only achieve constructive, life-centric relevance when subordinated to self-referral and autonomous consciousness.
Patanjali’s highly ordered, mathematical framework of the Yoga Sutras serves as the methodological foundation. The study demonstrates a structural isomorphism between the ancient principles of the Yoga-Sutras and modern AI data governance (such as the Alignment Problem and Explainable AI). Based on this matrix, a practical strategy using adversarial prompt engineering is developed. This empowers users to unmask and deconstruct algorithmic biases, effectively transforming AI from an instrument of
psychological manipulation into a mirror for cultivating life-sensitivity.
