Objektive Messungen

The Annotated Bibliography lists the first 524 studies and research reviews (4,558 pages) on the TM technique and summarizes the findings of each study.

You can search the Annotated Bibliography by topic (for example, EEG coherence, depression, or self-actualization) to find all the studies that have been done on each topic. Or you can search by author, or journal to locate all the studies by a particular author or in a particular journal.

You can also peruse the various sections of the Annotated Bibliography to find out what has been done under broad categories of research. For example, the sections of volume 6, which are typical, are:

Part I: Physiology
A: Metabolic, Biochemical, and Cardiovascular Changes
B: Electrophysiological and Electroencephalographic Changes
C: Health

Part II: Psychological
A: Intelligence, Learning, and Academic Performance
B: Development of Personality

Part III: Sociological
A: Rehabilitation
B: Productivity and Quality of Life

Part IV: Theoretical and Review Papers
A: Physiology and Health
B: Education
C: Psychology
D: Rehabilitation
E: Productivity
F: Quality of Life

The broad range of positive changes in every area of life, from the biochemical level to collective consciousness, indicate the Transcendental Meditation program functions on the integrative, unified level of natural law.
