Analysis of the world situation at the beginning of the 21st Century shows that objective, action oriented science and technology alone are not enough to safeguard progress and peace. They have to be complemented by knowledge which includes the development of the subject as well. Such complete knowledge is available in Veda based science. The advance of modern science support this by recognizing the necessity of supplementing the activities of specific laws of nature by the total potential of natural law. To bring and maintain life in alliance with all the laws of nature, it is necessary to have complete knowledge available in consciousness.  Vedic world order of lasting peace is based on complete knowledge - Gyan -  capable of balancing opposing forces. This first fundamental form of science clarifies the relationship between consciousness and knowledge:
1. knowledge is structured in consciousness - Rig Veda
2. consciousness is the home of all knowledge - Sama Ved
3. knowledge is different in different states of consciousness - Yajur Veda
4. consciousness is the home of all the laws of nature - Atharva Veda.
It is to be expexted, when the science of consciousness – the science of creative intelligence – is part of education, then a significant change in the quality of life takes place.
